Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc. who provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows you to buy products from us. Payments are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling or the local currency.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days. Overseas orders may take longer to arrive depends on the destination. Occasionally items may take slightly longer than usual, if so you will be informed in advance. In the unlikely event that an item does not reach its destination, please let us know and we will refund you immediately.
Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
We’re committed to achieving maximum sustainability in a circular economy, so please don’t dispose the packaging and when it’s finally time for you to buy a new bag, send us your old Limon bag using its original packaging. All UK orders are sent 1st class post by Royal Mail. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard. International orders may be subject to import duties/tax, in such cases these are the buyer responsibility.
Prices & VAT
All the prices on our site are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. Where you have requested delivery to a UK address, the price paid for the product will include UK / EU VAT and it will be shown on your receipt. VAT is not charged on orders placed outside of the UK.
Returns
We hope you love your Limon purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with it we are happy to refund unused items, returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of dispatch. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. In case you return something to us we will notify you by email to let you know we have received it. If we approve the refund we’ll aim to refund you within 1 working week. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
